A therapist will call you back and help you decide if you should come in for an evaluation and further support. Any symptoms or thoughts that scare you should be brought to the attention of someone who specializes in this area. If you are especially worried about your symptoms, or feel it cannot wait, we urge you to also contact your healthcare practitioner. We know it can be difficult to reach out for help, but its important that you find someone you trust and let them know how you are feeling. Together, we can all come up with a plan that will help you feel better."
